German Rail ordered 27 double-deck trains for long distance service. They each consist of a locomotive series 146.2 and 5 double-deck cars including control car. In addition, two reserve cars were ordered. The product is referred to as Twindexx Bombardier has nothing to do with the sold to SBB drive trains.
