Basic information about the author :
Mary Janice Davidson lives in Minnesota, and indulges in a passion for designer shoes, which incidentally is also noted more frequently in the novel.

Knappe Synopsis :
The story of Betsy Taylor begins with her death, which also is still her birthday. Very ironic will be portrayed as she is able to design their shoes in April in a snow storm and trying their stray cat to get into the apartment to go across. After the blonde wakes up in the morgue, onset of suicide attempts, for it is certain that they really should be dead. This plan fails and of course, is portrayed dramatically in any way - quite the contrary: It is very entertaining.
addition, the protagonist loses her job and is absolutely unacceptable fashion died.
In the course of history Betsy realizes that she is not only a vampire, but also that they may the vampire queen!
Since they do not accept her death she equips her hated stepmother " Antonia" from a throat visit, because their clothes are completely disappeared from her apartment.
your family is close to a heart attack when they see Betsy alive in front of him, but Jessica, her best friend is just extremely happy that her Betsy among the living.
Our "Tussi Vampire Lady" learns the homosexual doctor know Marc, who is about to fall off a tall building.
as any good vampire novel meets the lady on the sexy vampire " Eric Sinclair " who is able to rob her in various ways the mind. Especially towards the end of the book develops a little erotic love story, which remains as the book but still very funny and ironic. However, the love story not the main component of the novel, but only a little "edge history.
Finally, it is next to the death-Undead-conflict to eliminate even a " vampire enemy " ... and to submit to the fate ...

My opinion about the book :
As already mentioned, it is in this novel about my favorite book. I have read eight parts of it, but the parts 1-5 I liked best. This book is definitely not a classic vampire novel or comparable with such works as " Bis (s) on the morning " by Stefenie Meyer . : There is no love story or intimidated those who trespass against girls in the center, he act, but a tough blonde in the 20's. The book is witty, charming and refreshing. Continue the work shines through its continuous tension and sassy dialogue.
Betsy is unique: you only drink the blood of criminals is absolutely naughty and sometimes a little arrogant and clumsy. works during his lifetime than they paid under secretary and suffers from smaller complexes, because the ever-approaching 30.
The story itself is quite simple, but still it is one of the best if not the best book I've ever durchschmökert!

I am particularly fascinated by the first paragraph of the work. I find that just chooses the first sentence of a book already about whether it is hot or not. The first movement has an enormous significance - he must be in elemental connection with the history and yet are not giving too much away. And that's what Mary Janice Davidson has done with her first and the first two sentences:
" My death began badly. And, unfortunately, was no better. "

These words remain a stick in the memory, I think.

order time to outline just what one finds in the novel :
A naughty blonde heroine, witty dialogue, lots of excitement and variety and of course a funny love story that at the end of the book takes on even erotic moves.

My conclusion :
Hereby I am come to the end of my eulogy! So I think that you should have read this book as a reader of the vampire genre in any case.

Have you already read the book or do you plan to read it too?

all love.
